10th Anniversary in Willow Springs (6/7-9)

Let’s cheers to 10 years! Its hard to believe we’re turning 10 years old, and we’re going to make this anniversary party a hard one to forget! We’ll have the big top ten up with bands all weekend. We’ve got a great line-up of food trucks for this one too. Let’s not forget the beer! In addition to our 5 Quiet Giant Stout releases, we’re also releasing a bottle of barrel strength bourbon that our crew, in partnership with the Chicagoland Whiskey Hunters, hand selected from the Jeppson’s distillery. Our “Tenth Anniversary Select” variant of Quiet Giant was aged in the same bourbon barrels that the Jeppson’s bourbon was aged in. This makes grabbing a pour of each a one of a kind side by side tasting experience.

*10th Anniversary Select – Aged 18 months in Brown Forman Bourbon then 9 months in Jeppson’s Bourbon barrels
*2 Year Aged – Aged 2 years in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels
*Chocolate & Peanut – Aged 1 year in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels and finished with real peanuts and coco nibs from around the world.
*Coconut & Vanilla – Aged 1 year in Four Roses Bourbon Barrels and finished with dried coconut chips and Madagascar Vanilla pods
*Double Barrel – Aged 9 months in Wild Turkey 6yr+ Bourbon, then 3 months in Amburana wood barrels.
