We’re bringing back our Hive Life, Honey Lager and this year we’re releasing a special, Brookfield only, Quiet Giant variant! We also have music and food trucks scheduled all weekend and a Streetz Artz Alliance Market on Sunday! Check out the details below!
***Beer Release***
-Hive Life- Honey Lager- 7%- This golden lager is dry and refreshing but with a nice malty backbone to support the generous addition of local Honey.
-Quiet Giant- Vanilla/Sea Salt- Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout- 14%-This version, made especially for Brookfield’s Anniversary, was aged for a year in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels. After aging, real Madagascar Vanilla beans and a hint of Sea Salt were added.
