Sidelot Hops Wednesdays in Brookfield

Join us Wednesday nights for our “Sidelot Hops” workout at our Brookfield pub! Megan Wenstrup leads your 50-minute, full-body workout that incorporates strength, cardio, core, mobility, and stretching components. Sweat it out every Wednesday at 6pm, then reward yourself with a nice cold pint in the pub! Bring a yoga mat, light to medium dumbbells if you like, a sweat towel, and a bottle of water. Just $20 covers your 50-minute session and your cool down pint of choice!
