Willow Springs is hosting the milestone 10th installment of our “Caffeination Collaboration” with the fine folks from Ten Drops Coffee. Also know as the “Coffee Lab Collab” this event offers light and dark beers infused with beans sourced around the world and roasted in Plainfield IL at Ten Drops Coffee Lab. Those same roasts will also be poured as hot coffee on site for sampling and comparing with the beers. Coffee infused food items from our neighbors @ Pizza 750 as well as bags of whole beans will also be available for purchase at this event.
