Let’s raise our glasses and “Cheers” to a dozen great years of beers! We’re celebrating this 12-pack with a fun-filled anniversary weekend of craft beer, bands, food and games. Our 2026 Quiet Giant release takes center stage with 6 different variants, and the big top tent will be filled with great music all weekend. The festivities kick off with a bags tournament on Thursday, June 4th. Please note that the outside bar is CASH ONLY, we do have an ATM on site but it sometimes runs out on busy weekends so please plan accordingly

2026 Quiet Giant Releases:
*Quiet Giant- 2026- 2 Year Aged- Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout- 14% ABV- Brewed once a year to celebrate our Anniversary, this is the biggest beer we make. This mammoth Stout is brewed with 3 types of roasted malt, 2 types of Caramel malt, Oats, and Brown Sugar for a rich and complex sipper. All variations are then aged in Bourbon barrels for a minimum of a year for additional complexity and notes of Bourbon, dark fruits, vanilla, oak, and baking spices. This version was aged for a full 2 years in Oppidan Spirits Bourbon barrels. Oppidan is a local distillery from Wheeling, IL.
*Quiet Giant- 2026- 12th Anniversary Select- Double Bourbon BA Imperial Stout- 15% ABV- Aged for 15 months in Heaven Hill Bourbon Barrels, then transferred to our hand selected Whiskey Acres Bourbon Barrels for 9 months. We partnered with Whiskey Acres in DeKalb, IL to select a single barrel Bourbon, the barrel was used to age this beer. The Bourbon that came from the barrel is also available.
*Quiet Giant- 2026- Double Barrel- Bourbon/Armagnac BA Imperial Stout- 15% ABV- Aged for 10 months in Whiskey Acres Bourbon Barrels, then transferred to French Armagnac barrels for an additional 4 months, adding additional complexity and notes of dried fruits, plum, vanilla, and spice.
*Quiet Giant- 2026- Orange Zest/Vanilla- Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout- 14%- This version has an addition of real fresh peeled orange zest, and real Madagascar vanilla beans added after a year of aging in Oppidan Spirits Bourbon barrels.
*Quiet Giant- 2026- Chocolate/Pecan- Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout- 14% ABV- This version has an addition of toasted Pecans, Ecuadorian Cocoa Nibs, and real Madagascar vanilla beans added after a year of aging in Willett Bourbon barrels.
*Quiet Giant- 2026- Cinnamon/Vanilla- Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout- 14% ABV- This special release for Brookfield’s 5th Anniversary has an addition of real Cinnamon and Madagascar vanilla beans added after a year of aging in Whiskey Acres Bourbon Barrels.
