Barrel Aged

Bourbon Barrel Aged I Must Break You- Vanilla/Sea Salt RIS- 11% ABV- 12 oz $8.5, 5 oz $4.5

Our version of an old school Russian Imperial Stout that is dryer and more roasty than most Imperial Stouts today. Brewed with roasted malts, crystal malts, flaked oats, and brown sugar, for a complex blend of coffee, dark chocolate, toffee, and dark fruits that finishes smooth without being sweet. This version was aged for a year in Region 5 Bourbon barrels for additional complexity and notes of Bourbon, vanilla, stone fruits, oak, and spice. After barrel aging we added real Madagascar Vanilla beans and a hint of Sea Salt.

Bourbon Barrel Aged I Must Break You-2024- Coconut/Vanilla RIS- 12% ABV- 12 oz $8.5, 5 oz $4.5

This 2024 version was aged for a year in Heaven Hill Bourbon barrels with real toasted Coconut, and real Madagascar Vanilla beans added after barrel aging.

IPA/Hoppy

**Almost Gone** Crank It Fresh- Cascade Wet Hopped IPA- 6% ABV, 50 IBU- 16 oz $8, 5 oz $4

This is a special version of Crank It Hop using freshly picked “wet” hops. For this batch we got fresh Cascade hops and used them within 48 hours of harvest. Cascade is the original American IPA/Pale Ale hop made famous in Sierra Nevada’s Pale Ale with a bright grapefruit/citrus character and notes of pine.

Roundabout- Hybrid Pale Ale- 5.4% ABV, 20 IBU- 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

Brewed to highlight the best aspects (in our opinion) of Traditional and New England Style IPA/Pale Ales. This beer has low bitterness and a big fruit forward “juicy” hop character like a New England IPA. It also has a little bit of piney hop character and is drier, more drinkable, and refreshing like a traditional IPA.

Dave’s Pale Ale- Citra/Galaxy Pale Ale- 5.5% ABV, 40 IBU- 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

Brewed using a “Hop Bursting” technique where all of the hops are added towards the end of the boil and as dry hops. This gives the beer a smoother bitterness with lots of hop aroma and flavor. The hops used are Citra and Australian Galaxy. The beer is named after home brewer Dave Fetty, who has won several awards with this recipe.

Crank It Hop- Mandarina/Melon/Blanc Hopped IPA- 6% ABV, 50 IBU- 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

Each batch of Crank It Hop features different hops. This batch features 3 newer German Hops (Mandarina Bavaria, Huell Melon, and Halertau Blanc) that have a very fruit forward character (citrus, melon, strawberry, pineapple, grape) more similar to American and Southern Hemisphere varieties than typical German varieties.

Crank It Hype- New England Style IPA- 7% ABV, 25 IBU- 16 oz $8, 5 oz $4

Fuller in body and less bitter than a traditional IPA but our version stops short of being sweet like a lot of examples, keeping the beer more drinkable. 4+ pounds per barrel of hops are used, all of which are added in the whirlpool and as dry hops. This extracts less bitterness from the hops, and gives the beer a strong, “juicy” hop flavor.

Crank It Dank- West Coast Style IPA- 7% ABV, 60 IBU 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

West Coast IPAs are typically brewed to showcase hops with very little malt character. Our version is brewed with a very simple malt bill of Pale and Pilsner malt and a bit of sugar to dry the beer out. It is aggressively hopped with Ekuanot, Citra and Mosaic. These are newer hop varieties that are bred to have a strong, pungent aroma and flavor often described as “dank”.

Prediction?…Pain!- Imperial IPA- 8.5% ABV, 85 IBU- 12 oz $8, 5 oz $4

More balanced than a lot of IIPAs with a focus more on flavor and aroma hops than bitterness. Hopped with Ekuanot, Simcoe and Mosaic. These hops create a complex blend of flavors including citrus, tropical fruit, berry, passion fruit, peach, and pine.

**On Deck** Lil’ Pain!- Session IPA- 4.7% ABV, 35 IBU 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

This version of Prediction?…Pain! is brewed with a lot less malt to be an easy drinking quencher. We used the same hop varieties, and the same amount of aroma and dry hops as regular Pain. Yes you read that right, this beer uses the same amount of flavor/aroma hops as our Imperial IPA resulting in a huge hop aroma and flavor that will keep you coming back for more.

Light

Buzz Lite Beer- Honey Golden Ale- 5.5% ABV, 13 IBU- 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

Very drinkable and refreshing but still full flavored. This beer is brewed with local Honey from Smith-Talbot Apiaries. The honey flavor and sweetness are accentuated by the addition of Honey Malt and Flaked Corn. *Gluten Reduced*

Trail Lite- Czech Style Light Lager- 3.7% ABV, 18 IBU- 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

The perfect thirst quencher after a day on the trails or if you just want to enjoy a few. Our take on a traditional Czech 10 Plato beer is very light and refreshing but still flavorful with a bready malt character and a light, floral, spicy hop character from Czech Saaz hops.

Czech Your Head- Pilsner- 5.2% ABV, 30 IBU 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

Our take on a traditional Czech Pilsner is extremely well balanced with a clean, bready malt character from Pilsner and a bit of Vienna malt, and just enough hop presence to give the beer a crisp, dry finish. Czech Saaz hops provide the floral, slightly spicy hop flavor and aroma.

Farmer’s Daughter- Saison- 6% ABV, 23 IBU- 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

Saison is a traditional “farmhouse” ale brewed in Belgium and France. The yeast gives it its distinctive citrusy character and its dry, earthy spiciness. It is brewed using Pilsner, Wheat and Special Aromatic malts and Czech Saaz hops.

Dark

Dark Water- Imperial Black IPA- 9% ABV, 80 IBU- 12 oz $8, 5 oz $4

Brewed in collaboration with Dark Water Studios who provided artwork and inspiration. The color and soft coco character come from Midnight Wheat malt which is very dark but lacks the roasty “bite” of stouts and porters. We also use a bit of Munich malt for some toasty malt character and a little brown sugar for a hint of molasses. The beer is hopped with Mosaic a and Citra hops for a pungent hop character with notes of grapefruit, berry, tangerine, melon, passion fruit, and pine.

Sugar Shack- Maple Brown Ale- 7% ABV, 18 IBU- 16 oz $7, 5 oz $3

Brewed with real Vermont maple syrup for a nice maple note that balances well with the brown ale base beer. Munich, Crystal, and Oat malts provide some sweetness and a toasty flavor to support the maple, we also add a bit of lactose and vanilla to accentuate the maple, no maple “flavoring” or extract was used.

Dunkelschizer- Dunkelweizen- 6% ABV, 10 IBU- 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

Dunkelweizen is a dark version of the classic German Hefeweizen. The same yeast is used giving the beer the banana and clove characteristics typical of German Wheat beers. The darker color comes from the use of Munich malt and a touch of crystal malt which gives the beer a toasted bread character with a bit of sweetness.

Udderly Black- Milk Stout- 5.3% ABV, 20 IBU- 16 oz $6, 5 oz $2.5

A blend of roasted malts give the beer its rich chocolate and coffee character. The body and sweetness are provided by crystal malts and the addition of Lactose (Milk Sugar) which is not fermented by beer yeast.

Savage Oak (Sour/Wild) More info on Savage Oak

Ruby- Foeder Aged Flanders Style Red Ale- 8% ABV- 11 oz $7, 5 oz $3.5

Brewed with Munich and CaraMunich malts for some sweetness and a bready, toasted malt character. The beer is then aged for over a year in an oak Foeder with our custom blend of wild yeast and bacteria for a complex blend of flavors including pie cherry, stone fruits, berries, oak and a mild, earthy funk at the end. FOBAB 2025 Bronze Medal Winner

Gold- Lambic Inspired Sour Golden Ale- 7.5% ABV- 11 oz $7, 5 oz $3.5

Gold is inspired by the traditional Lambics of Belgium. Brewed with wheat and flaked oats for a light malt character but still a bit of body. The beer is then aged for over a year in an oak Foeder with our custom blend of wild yeast and bacteria. The result is a complex beer with an up front but pleasant sourness, notes of citrus, tropical, stone fruits, with a mild, earthy funk. FOBAB 2020 Silver Medal Winner
